● For custom orders, minimum per order is three meals
● cancellation and payment. $100 deposit is due 5 days before your scheduled service. At this time, your personalized meal plan will be prepared and sent for approval. The deposit is due once the meal plan has been approved and signed.
● Final billing and grocery reimbursement are due by the end of the scheduled service. Grocery costs are estimates and may vary based on actual shopping costs.
● Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
● Cancellations made less than 72 hours before scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

Lemon & Thyme is committed to accommodating food allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences whenever possible. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about all allergies and dietary restrictions during the intake process.
Reasonable precautions will be taken to prevent cross-contact; however, meals are prepared in home kitchens and environments where common allergens may be present. Lemon & Thyme cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or completely eliminate the risk of cross-contact.
Clients with severe or life-threatening food allergies should communicate this before booking so that appropriate precautions and limitations can be discussed prior to service.
